Working together since January 2019, Inhabited Sea examines how the cities of Mumbai may be remade with the seas, rains, tides, and storms of our climate-changed present.

In this final public seminar we share two projects that follow the plastics and marine life that inhabit the city’s intertidal habitat.

We invite you to dwell in these projects before joining the live conversation between Naveen Namboothri and Lindsay Bremner about rethinking life in Intertidal PlastiCities.

The presentations will be followed by a closing conversation between Dilip da Cunha, Anuradha Mathur and the project leads that will reflect on the aspirations and outcomes of Inhabited Sea.
